Customer Service

Job Responsibility

  1. New customer credit evaluation and approval
  2. Receive Customer feedback, claims and solve the problem
  3. Follow up with customer overdue payment
  4. Maintain customer relationship by regular visit
  5. Support administrative about customer payment status
  6. Weekly and Monthly report of customer service cases

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree of economics, marketing, business or administrative
  2. Spanish native speaker but English Speaking is MUST.
  3. Over 2 Years working experience in customer service.
  4. Good communication skills, proactive and rigorous attitude towards work
  5. Integrity, reliable and self-motivated
