This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
English proficiency
Willing to work onsite (commute to Gurabo)
Knowledge of collections/cash posting is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
