Location: 100% Remote

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to identify and engage potential artists. Show them our platform and work with the onboarding process in order to successfully set them up for online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and contact potential artists.

Manage and improve customer onboarding and training.

Respond to inbound inquiries via Intercom or email

Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

 

Requirements:

 

Excellent English writing and reading skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Experience with Intercom is a plus.

Experience within the industry of art or MKT is a plus.

  • Handling of Office suite: Basic Expectations of the candidate: A very proactive person who does not require follow-up to complete their work.
