Energy Enrollment Campaign
Job Description:
– Sales Experience (2yrs preferred)
– Good Communication Skills
– Problem Solving Mindset
– Bilingual (English and Spanish)
– Be coachable
– Basic computer skills
– 8/hrs Daily; M-F 12-8pm
Compensation Plan:
– RD$250/pesos + commission
– Lunch provided on Thursdays
– Medical Insurance (after 90 days in production)
– Performance Bonus MONTHLY – Hiring Bonus US$300 (after completing one month in production)
– Payouts on 15th and 30th (commissions on 30th) – Standard is 2-3 sales a day based on 8 hours of work.
